1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Easy Room AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Easy Room AI is an AI-powered interior design platform that allows users to upload room photos and receive AI-generated design renderings in various interior styles. The Service includes room redesign tools, project management, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years of age to register.

4. Credits & Subscriptions

Easy Room AI uses a credit-based system. Free accounts receive initial credits on signup. Paid subscriptions provide additional monthly credits, priority processing, and other premium features.

• Credits are consumed when generating AI design renderings.
• Unused credits from free allocations do not roll over between months.
• Paid subscription credits reset on each billing cycle.
• Credits have no monetary value and are non-transferable.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Prices are stated in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

6. User Content & Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload ("Input Content"). By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the Service (generate design renderings).

6.2 Generated Content

AI-generated design renderings ("Output Content") are provided to you for personal or commercial use depending on your subscription plan. Free-tier users receive a personal-use license. Paid subscribers receive a commercial-use license allowing use in real estate listings, client presentations, and marketing materials.

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Easy Room AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our trademarks or brand elements.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Upload illegal, harmful, or explicit content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Circumvent credit limits or abuse free-tier provisions
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing AI design service
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

8. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

AI-generated designs are intended for visualization and inspiration purposes. They do not constitute professional architectural or interior design advice. Output may not reflect exact material dimensions, structural feasibility, or building code compliance. You should consult qualified professionals before making renovation or construction decisions based on AI-generated designs.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. AI generation results may vary and are not guaranteed to be identical across requests.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Room AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Room AI, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Easy Room AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
